Who is Wahiduzzaman Sohan?
Wahiduzzaman Sohan is a certified Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 consultant based in Khulna, Bangladesh, specialising in conversion tracking for ecommerce and lead-generation businesses. He builds and audits Google Tag Manager, GA4, server-side tagging and Meta Conversions API setups so that reported conversions reconcile with real revenue.
What I Specialise In
Six disciplines, one outcome: conversion data you can bid on with confidence.
Google Ads Conversion Tracking
Conversion actions, enhanced conversions for web and leads, offline conversion imports, and the removal of duplicate or phantom conversions that mislead Smart Bidding.
Google Analytics 4
GA4 property architecture, custom event and parameter design, key events, custom dimensions and Explorations that answer real questions instead of filling a dashboard.
Google Tag Manager
Container builds and audits: trigger and variable architecture, a clean dataLayer, and tag governance so nothing fires twice or fails silently after a theme update.
Server-Side Tracking (sGTM)
Server containers on Stape.io or your own cloud, recovering the 10–30% of conversions typically lost to ad blockers, Safari ITP and shortened cookie lifetimes.
Meta Pixel & Conversions API
CAPI integration with proper event deduplication between browser and server, restoring Event Match Quality and the signal Meta needs to optimise.
Looker Studio Reporting
Dashboards that blend Google Ads, GA4, Meta and your CRM into one view of blended CAC, ROAS and lead quality — refreshed automatically.
How an Accountant Became a Google Ads & Analytics Specialist
I trained as an accountant. BBA Honours in Accounting, Azam Khan Government Commerce College, under the National University of Bangladesh. In accounting there is one rule you never break: if the numbers don’t reconcile, you don’t publish the report. You find the discrepancy first.
When I moved into digital marketing in 2021, that rule was the first thing I noticed nobody was applying. Agencies were reporting 340 conversions from Google Ads while the client’s CRM showed 190, and everyone had quietly agreed to call the gap “attribution.” It usually wasn’t attribution. It was a purchase tag firing on page load and again on the thank-you redirect.
So I specialised. Google Ads and Tag Manager certification in 2021, GA4 in 2023, server-side tagging in 2024. Since then I’ve delivered 100+ tracking implementations and audits for brands on Shopify, WooCommerce, GoHighLevel, Webflow and custom stacks — and the accounting habit has never left. Every project I hand over ends with a reconciliation: platform numbers next to backend numbers, and an explanation for every line that doesn’t match.
That is the whole job, really. Marketing teams don’t need more dashboards. They need to be able to trust the one they already have.

How I Work
I find the cause, not the symptom
Anyone can rebuild a container. I identify why it broke - a theme update, a duplicate app pixel, a checkout redirect - so the same problem doesn't return in six weeks.
I document everything
Every project ends with written documentation: what fires, when, with which parameters. Your next developer inherits a system, not a mystery.
I reconcile before I sign off
Platform numbers next to backend numbers, with an explanation for every variance. If it doesn't reconcile, the project isn't finished.
Recent Tracking Work
Real client problems, documented with screenshots and results.
Shopify Duplicate Purchase Event Fix
A GA4 and GTM audit that traced 30–40% conversion inflation to a purchase event firing twice, and the transaction-ID deduplication that fixed it.
Server-Side GTM & Meta CAPI Setup
A full sGTM deployment with Meta Conversions API and browser-to-server event deduplication for an ecommerce store losing signal to iOS and ad blockers.
Google Ads & GA4 Lead Form Tracking
Custom JavaScript and dataLayer implementation capturing lead form submissions into both GA4 and Google Ads for a service business.
Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Mostly ecommerce stores on Shopify and WooCommerce, and lead-generation businesses using GoHighLevel, Webflow or WordPress. Typical clients spend between $5,000 and $250,000 a month on Google Ads and Meta, and have reached the point where inaccurate conversion data is costing them real budget.
Do you work solo or with a team?
I work solo on every project. You deal with the person doing the implementation, not an account manager relaying messages. For larger builds I coordinate directly with your developer or agency, and I document everything so nobody is dependent on me afterwards.
What time zone are you in, and does that cause problems?
I’m in Bangladesh, GMT+6. In practice this rarely matters: I keep overlap hours for US, UK and Australian clients, respond within one business day, and most tracking work is asynchronous. Clients in Sydney, London and New York have all been served on this schedule.
How is a tracking consultant different from a Google Ads agency?
An agency manages your bids, budgets and creative. I make sure the data those decisions are based on is correct. Most agencies are excellent at optimisation and have nobody who reads a dataLayer. I often work alongside an agency rather than replacing one.
What does a project usually cost?
A tracking audit starts at $[VERIFY]. A full GTM and GA4 ecommerce implementation starts at $[VERIFY]. Server-side GTM with Meta CAPI starts at $[VERIFY]. Scope depends on your platform, the number of conversion actions and whether offline conversion imports are needed.
